Avongar Absolutely Fabulous (Kola) was the first Highland Pony to set hoofs in New Zealand.  She has a fantastic nature, demonstrating well the breed’s even and bold temprement and versatility. 

Kola has been outstanding in the dressage and the show ring both in New Zealand and overseas.

• Winning both Preliminary tests in Highland Pony Society UK International Online Dressage Competition 2020

• Champion Mountain and Moorland at the North Island All breed Show 2013 and again in 2015. 
• Supreme Champion 2014 at the Wellsford A&P Show.  

Both her parents have been finalists at The Horse of The Year Show in the UK, with her father Moss-side McLaren, winning NPS Baileys Horse Fees M&M Ridden Highland Pony of the Year 2013, Olympia Best of Breed Champion and 2nd Place at HOYS.
